Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 June 2026

By creating an AutoDelta account you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AutoDelta surfaces publicly available listing data from mobile.de and related EU automotive marketplaces, presents derived analytics, and notifies you when criteria you set are met. We do not buy, sell, or transport vehicles. All transactions are between you and the listing seller.

2. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in EUR via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your settings; you keep access until the end of the billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations mid-period.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Your 3-day free trial begins when you start a paid plan and converts automatically to that plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. To cancel, visit your billing settings at any time. By accessing the service immediately upon subscription, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (where applicable).

3. Privacy

Your use of AutoDelta is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at autodelta.app/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Acceptable use

  • No scraping the AutoDelta site or API beyond your plan's rate limit.
  • No reselling or redistributing the data feed without written permission.
  • No reverse engineering or attempting to bypass auth.

5. Data accuracy

We do our best to keep listings fresh and prices accurate but cannot guarantee any specific listing remains available, the price displayed is final, or the calculator's output reflects every fee or duty edge case. Always verify with the seller and your customs broker before bidding.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoDelta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost deals, mis-quoted landed costs, or missed alerts.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Prague.
